通宵工作列致癌因素
（紐約30日綜合電）世界衛生組織屬下機構將把通宵工作，列為可能致癌的因素。
根據近年的研究，通宵更可能與女性患乳癌及男性患前列腺癌有關，而科研人員指出，由于通宵更擾亂生理時鐘，睡眠不足，以致干擾身體製造抑制癌細胞的荷爾蒙，可能增加患癌的風險。
專家指出，做完通宵工作的人，最好找一間漆黑的房間睡覺，有助身體製造抑制癌細胞的荷爾蒙。但對于通宵工作增患癌風險的看法，醫學界仍存在分歧。
